Right or wrong parents, it becomes our fault when we fail to teach our children good goal setting. Good goal settings, determines good habits. Good habits follows, good manners. Good manner leads to good direction, and good direction brings a good understanding of why good health is so imporrtant during the long term.
Good goal setting begins, before conception begin. The process always includes a father and a mother, a girl or a boy, a male or a female they are the ones who make plans together to have a child or children. This is good planning and a good habit to reach for. While in the wound your doctor and family members encourage you to eat healthier for the child's.sake. Thus following the advise and develop, good eating habits during each month that child is still in the wound.
At that time and moment you bring forth a healthy child. Words cannot explain all that is going through your mind, especially if this is your first son or daughter. A smile on your face and a smile on your the new baby face make everything smell like roses. The baby has your attention and you have his or her attention.
Good manner is already built into the DNA, but you have to show how to perfect this work of art to all new babies. Example: While feeding the baby, It can not tell you when it is full. So what happens the baby spit up to show you he or she is full. Then you show good manners by wiping the excess off around the child's mouth. "You a good baby" Speaking in true baby language. Mother's love you.!
Emotionally it is a Kodak moment! These good manners reflect the direction you want the child to go. Later on the child begins to remember your good direction, reaching for what he or she want. The baby make its first step. Trying to stand as you help to assist him or her. It's first words maybe gubble, but they sounds like mommy or daddy. All your preparation from conception to now says you are doing a good job, taking care of your new baby.
Planning works better now that you see the results are being fully understood from you to the child. One of the first direction you want the child to go in is healthy eating. You watch what he or she eats. Making sure that the child recieve the proper nourishment for his or her body. Weening the child from milk to solid food is a most for development. Although the child still wants a bottle. You continue to encourage more soild food, as he or she moves to eating on it's own.
The child looks to you for the healthy things to eat. So, while you have chosen to eat healthy your child understand and knows what to eat too. Even at that earlier age the child will chose what foods you have place in front of him. You understand the importance of focusing on the short term growth and development of the child's body.
A good health body fat portion from the beginning will last a lifetime. Yes parents, we are reponsible for the child well being when it comes to good goal setting and a healthier you, will mean a healthier son or daughter in the future..
