Healthy At Birth!

Born in to this world at nine pounds six ounces and stretched across a tape measure at about twenty one inches in length.

This would make me on of the largest babies born on the thirteen day of the month, a few days before spring had sprung.

The announcement without, as you have a beautiful healthy baby boy! This was the first son of my parents. During a time when we were called the baby boomer’s generation.

Two days later my parents took me home, wrap in new baby clothes and a light quilt that my mother made for her first child.

She wrap me up so tight. To keep the pollution from the world from entering my body, what a way to protect your child from all the elements of the atmosphere we live in.

My dad was a smoker, who smoke after a hard day of work.

After the new child was born and now in the house, my mother ask him not to smoke around your newborn child. Although he may have refused for a period of time. He agreed and honored that wish by trying to smoke outside or before he arrived home.

Four years later another son was born, during the eight month of the year and the very last day.

Soon the rolling sixty would begin. This child was as healthy as the other. Crawling and then walking almost everywhere he pleased.

Seating in my dad’s lap after he returned home from work. It is stated that my dad shared his habits (of smoking) with that son. It was unheard that smoking would have an affect on children that small.

The Christmas seasons in nineteen sixty-two and the third child was born. "A beautiful bouncing baby girl!’ Born the day after we had opened our Christmas gifts.

My mother remained in the hospital and called home to announce that you had a little sister. The phone was given to me while playing with my new toy.

"Hello mother, what are you doing? She said I will bring you boys home a baby girl to have fun with." I shared with her that I am having fun already and to leave the baby girl there.
