Without Mother's Day
68When it come to the month of May. The second Sunday in that month has been selected as Mother’s Day. It’s an opportunity to honor mothers and say thank you for all you have done.
However, Mother’s Day is becoming less popular over the years. You see it time after time families disagreeing on what to do for Mother’s Day. When it truly should be and all out blast of what she means to you and me.
What would this world be like without Mother’s Day? What would your home be like without celebrating Mother’s Day? What would be on the calendar, if Mother’s Day were replaced? Would you pencil your mother in for all to see?
First of all Mother’s Day is not a holiday. The celebration of it is base on individual attendance. Yet many of organization and church group go out their way to honor mothers.
The greatest decline of this celebration is among the family members. That’s a true statement and all you need to do is examine your own family. Take a moment and see who call on Mother’s Day you will surprise by what you see.
Now think about the numbers of families related to you. If every family had one or two members fail to contact their mom on this day, it could add up to as many as a 50 per cent decline in this Mother’s Day celebration.
If we continue to show less participate in Mother’s Day by the year 2020
There will not be a need for Mother’s Day to be printed or listed on any calendar.
If we start to examine the children in each family, one of thing you would notice is that children do not respect Mother’s Day as they did several years ago. Sons do not show up on Mother’s Day even when they promise. Daughter’s reframe from visiting mom on that day because she don’t teach her children like mother taught her on Mother’s Day.
Mother’s Day is competing with the other days of the week and those days are more popular than the traditional Mother’s Day. For example, Friday is the most popular day of each week, that’s payday. We spend our monies on everything except mom. Saturday is dedicate to something for me day. Sunday is church day for those who are believers, members whom do not believe it’s a day to watch sports or a do nothing day. Monday is back to work day and we do everything we can to make it to work that day. Yet it is still more popular than Mother’s Day. Wednesday is hump day on this day will produce more work than any other day of the week. Mother’s Day is only one Day a year and we still have problems show up and telling mom happy Mother’s Day. What would the calendar be like without Mother’s Day printed on it?
In this day and time there are many types of names for mother’s search as Single moms. A single comes home after a full day at work and finds her child or children having made a mess of the house and watching TV.
She walks in and noticed that they are just sitting around doing nothing.
What does a single mom do when her children do not appreciate what has been given to them. They do not want to contribute to helping with the chores. Single moms have it hard and can not always spend equal time cleaning and working when their kids don’t help or clean up their mess. However, their mother and grandmother spend quality time with them. So who benefit by taking Mother’s Day off the calendar is it you or me?
Another type of mother is the extreme mom. She is a mother who keeps drama in her life. She is a full turn from the norm of motherhood. She fights, fuss, take back, and act more like men do. She gets up into your face because she wears the pants in this house.
She want back down and always on guard if you say something about her children. She is the right one and no one else can tell her what to do.
You can see her coming or hear her speech before she gets here. Her speech starts with four letter words and end in those same four letter words. She does not care who is around her. Even when her kids are around she still makes those negative remarks in front of a crowd.
When you really think about this type of mother she is the worst influence of those that gather around her. In must cases she is the head of her family. Yet her action are extreme when compared to those visiting on Mother’s Day. She is still a mother, but the OTHER type of mom. So if we cut or do away with Mother’s Day totally would it make a different to you or her?
Here are the reasons why Mother’s Day should be eliminated from the calendar. Lack of sons and daughters participating in this once a year event. Family members and children don’t say thanks enough throughout the years. Children tend to run over elders and or their Mothers even on Mother's Day. When it come to dropping our kids off at mother or grandmother doorstep. We can not say yes mama or no mama to our own parents today or teach our kids to speak and show respect to your parents each and everyday of the week. It would be a good example if you lead the way so your children will see the benefits of Mother’s Day.
We wait sometime to long to say. "I love you mom" even if it is not Mother’s Day. What would you do without Mother’s Day when it is gone? Just like prayers were in schools, now only a few missed it from having a pray in school.
Without Mother’s Day this world would not grow. Men and women would be in shambles not knowing who or when to respect each other.
Without Mother’s Day our children would speak like adults saying move out of my way at 2, 3, 4, and ten years old of age.
Without Mother’s Day we would have destroyed ourselves by now. Without Mother’s Day children could not be taught. Without Mother’s Day what good would it do to get married and raise a family. Without Mother’s Day who would know the family members. Without Mother’s Day this world be a crazy place to live. Without Mother’s Day printed on the calendar would you remember that moms are here everyday of the year?
Happy Mother’s Day

I dare not think of a world without mother's day. There is no love like a mother's love. A touch of her hand can make the pain go away, a smile from her will warm your day. I a can go on and on about mother's and how special they are. Hats off to all mother's life would be unreal without you. Thanks dixoncircle for you insight.
