Little Miss Muffet Sat:
Today’s yogurt experts are a younger group of kids reaching into the fridge for a tube of yogurt made with twist of different favors added to enhance our children.
The next aged level of yogurt is those who are in school patting their feet to the song and story of "Little Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet eating some curds and whey (yogurt). Along came a spider and sit down beside her and frighten Miss Muffet away!"
The subliminal message seem to be that Miss Muffet was enjoying her curds and whey (yogurt) instead of the yogurt frighten Miss Muffet away, the spider frighten Miss Muffet away.
As we mature our work schedule, becomes so busy that we turn to yogurt as a way to lose inches around our waist. We become irregular from the in between snacks and unhealthy eating habits we choose daily. A daily serving of yogurt will help you moved and curve your appetite.
The Russian’s elder population who was nearly 120 years aged contributed, their longevity to curds and whey (yogurt).
So how old is yogurt?
In 76 B.C. the Roman Historian Plintus recommended fermented milk products (yogurt) for treatment of gastroenteritis.
The oldest recorded record of a product consumption of sour milk (yogurt) is found in the Old Testament book of Genesis 18:3-8`it said "If I have found favor in your eyes, my lord, do not pass your servant by. Let a little water be brought, and then you may all wash your feet and rest under this tree, let me get you something to eat, so you can be refreshed and then go on your why. Now that you have come to your servant, Abraham hurried into the tent to Sarah, asking her to make some bread. Then he run to the herd and selected a choice tender calf and gave it to the servant. Whom prepare it. He then brought some curds (yogurt) and milk, and the calf that had been prepared. Set these before them, while they eat and drink. He stood under a tree."
Yogurt has aged from the time when Abraham served it with a meal to his guests under a tree. Then it aged more when the Roman Historian Plintus recommended to his patience. Today Yogurt is handed down through families and generation of schools kids opening a tube of yogurt at lunch.
